1. Find the answer yourself.

We're not meaning to sound rude, but more often than not the quickest way to resolve an issue is to search for a solution in your favourite search engine (such as Google, Bing or Yahoo), as it's highly likely that somebody else has had the same or similar issue.

You can define your search by searching for a portion of the error message that is being displayed (a direct cut and paste works well), or keywords that help describe the issue or how you produced the issue.

2. Search the FAQ

Our brand new FAQ system is being filled with loads of useful information and content, including over 300 video tutorials, and features an advanced search function and the ability to rate topics that are most useful.

3. Take a look inside VIPControl

Inside VIPControl you will find dozens of useful tools, such as an automatic permissions fixer, remote MySQL access manager, cPanel password reset facility, Google Apps automated setup, SSH access controller, and much more. Most of these tools can be found under Manage Hosting Services or Manage Domain Names.

4. Submit an eTicket

Unfortunately, there are some things you may not be able to fix yourself. In these cases you should submit a new eTicket to the Technical Support queue, remembering to select the service that you're having the issue with, and giving us as much information about the issue and how to replicate it to avoid replies going back and forth. Include any error messages you might be seeing, or even take a screen shot and attach it to the eTicket to we can see exactly what you're seeing.

To submit a new eTicket, simply login to VIPControl and click Submit New eTicket, and you should expect a reply within the hour on most occasions.

5. Give us a call
